二、培养目标EducationalObjectives培养掌握现代管理学、社会学、经济学基本理论和方法以及管理操作技能的高级复合型管理人才毕业生可以在劳动与社会保障事业部门从事政策研究和专业技术工作;可以在企事业单位从事劳动管理、社会保险、人力资源管理等专业岗位管理工作Tocultivatetalentswhoacknowledgetheoryandmethodologyinmanagement,sociologyandeconomicsandpracticeskills.Graduatescanworkaspolicyresearchersandprofessionalsforlaborandsocialsecuritydepartments;canworkasmanagementprofessionalsskilledinlaboradministrationsocialinsurancehumanresourcemanagementforenterprisesandpublicserviceunits.
三、专业培养基本要求SkillsProfile培养学生具有如下的素质、知识和技能
1、良好的心理素质以及诚实守信、勤勉乐群的美好品德和良好的职业道德,具有健康的体魄以及积极向上的人生观和高尚的情操;
2、熟练掌握社会学、管理学和经济学基本理论以及认识问题、解决问题的基本方法;
3、熟悉劳动和社会保障及基金管理的理论和方法,了解和掌握我国劳动制度、劳动政策、社会保障政策和社会政策,具有在就业、工资、福利、社会保险等方面进行调查、分析、解决问题的能力;
4、具有较强的计算机应用和数据处理能力;熟练掌握一门外语Uponcompletionofthefouryears’studyinLaborandSocialSecuritythegraduatewillbeabletodemonstrate:
1、Virtuesofbeinghonestdiligentandcooperativeandgoodprofessionalethics;goodhealthpoliticalthinkingandpositiveoutlookonlife;
