一、基本工作1.__转接工作接听__时客气礼貌,耐心听客户的来电,给客户留下良好的印象2.来访客户接待及时通知同事客人来访,带领客户到指定的__,倒水尽量热情接待所有客户3.收发传真接收、发送传真帮助有需要的部门准确及时地发送传真,收到的传真也及时送交有关部门4.收发信件收到的普通及快递信件、包裹、印刷品签收后能做到及时转交到本人手上,有不在公司同事的信件,帮其保管,以便同事回公司后查找,如过下班后遇同事需要发急件快递赶紧__能过来取快递的公司加班等着快递公司来取;催督快递公司取件和送件5.下班前的日检每天下班之前,检查前台的灯是否关闭,电脑显示屏、空调,每周五做好交换机模式转换工作6.做好每月办公用品及其他台帐统计每月25号,做好行政费用计划表,上报财务,本季度办公用品领用共计
