01.gif\*MERGEFORMAT 所谓轴承游隙,即指轴承在未__于轴或轴承箱时,将其内圈或外圈的一方固定,然后便未被固定的一方做径向或轴向__时的__量根据__方向,可分为径向游隙和轴向游隙 运转时的游隙(称做工作游隙)的大小对轴承的滚动疲劳寿命、温升、噪声、振动等性能有影响 测量轴承的游隙时,为得到稳定的测量值,一般对轴承施加规定的测量负荷 因此,所得到的测量值比真正的游隙(称做理论游隙)大,即增加了测量负荷产生的弹性变形量 但对于滚子轴承来说,由于该弹性变形量较小,可以忽略不计 __前轴承的内部游隙一般用理论游隙表示游隙的选择 从理论游隙减去轴承__在轴上或外壳内时因过盈配合产生的套圈的膨胀量或收缩后的游隙称做“__游隙” 在__游隙上加减因轴承内部温差产生的尺寸变动量后的游隙称做“有效游隙” 轴承__有机械上承受一定的负荷放置时的游隙,即有效游隙加上轴承负荷产生的弹性变形量后的以便称做“工作游隙” 如图1所示,当工作游隙为微负值时,轴承的疲劳寿命最长但随着负游隙的增大疲劳寿命同显著下降因此,选择轴承的游隙时,一般使工作游隙为零或略为正为宜图1工作游隙与疲劳寿命的关系另外,需提高轴承的刚性或需降低噪声时,工作游隙要进一步取负值,而在轴承温升剧烈时,工作游隙则要进一步取正值等等,还必须根据使用条件做具体分析表1深沟球轴承(圆柱孔)的径向游隙 单位 um轴承公称内径dmm游 隙C2标准C3C4C5超过 到最小最大最小最大最小最大最小最大最小最大

02、03二当轴承内径小于10mm,直接用基本代号的最后一位表示轴承内径尺寸;例轴承608Z,用基本代号‘608’的最后一位8作内径尺寸,轴承608Z的内径为8mm以此类推627的内径为7mm,634的内径为4mm三轴承的内径不是5的倍数或者大于等于500mm,内径代号用斜杠‘/’隔开另一种情况有部分滚针轴承旧代号内径代号直接用‘/’隔开这几种情况‘/’后边的几位数值为轴承内径尺寸见下表示例轴承型号619/

1120、25以上是几种轴承内径常见的表示方法,国际上有些公司的代号都不尽相同;要以实际情况为准具体要参考各种资料和各厂家样本尺寸系列代号用于表达相同内径但外径和宽度不同的轴承,见图外径系列代号特轻01轻2中3重4宽度系列代号一般正常宽度为“0”通常不标注但对圆锥滚子轴承7类和调心滚子轴承3类等类型不能省略“0”6010为轻薄系列,应用于轻载荷、高转速;6210是轻型系列,轻型负荷转速最合理,是应用面最广的类型;6310是中重型系列;6410是重系列,用于重载低速中型和中重型应用最广,如各类机械传动部件、中小型电动机、流水线传送带、摩托车等等各种机械设备几乎都有用到这两种类型类型代号应记住常用的轴承代号3567N五类,对应老代号为7,8,0,6,2类详细请见本站首页产品分类.公差等级代号见表:向心轴承和角接触球轴承分五级见下表(高→低)新等级代号P2P4P5P6P0旧等级代号B、C、D、E、G圆锥滚子轴承分四级见下表(高→低)新等级代号P

5、P6x、P0旧等级代号C、D、Ex、GE推力球轴承分四级见下表(高→低)新等级代号P4P5P6P0旧等级代号CDEG如需要较高公差级别的轴承,可根据GB307标准规定选用适合的公差等级轴承游隙代号游隙代号分六级以/C1/C2/C3/C4/CM为代号,CM为电机用轴承游隙组,其他游隙组数值越大游隙就越大;C0为基础组游隙不标注选择轴承游隙要充分考虑轴承__孔和轴承与轴的配合公差及温度,详请参考GB/T4604标准或__本站代号方法示例例
①63086--深沟球轴承,3--中系列,08--内径d=40mm,公差等级“O”级、游隙组为“0”组都不标注;例
②N105/P5N--圆柱滚子轴承,1--特轻系列,05--内径d=20mm,公差等级为5级,游隙组为“0”组不标注;例
③7214C/P47--角接触球轴承,2--轻系列,14--内径d=70mm,C--公称接触角α=15°,P4--公差等级为4级,游隙组为“0”组;例
