2.0STARTUPPRO__DURE启动程序
2.1Onlytrainedoperatorsaretousetheequipment.只有受过培训的操__才能使用此设备
2.2Onlytrainedoperatorsaretousetheequipment.必须穿戴好专用劳保用品
2.3Turn1inchairhoseon.打开进气管
2.4Turnairbleedervalveoff.关闭空气泄油阀
2.5Ensureexhaustfanison.确保排气扇开启
2.6Ensureairblastpressureisbetween80-120psi.确保空气清洗压力介于80〜120psi(poundspersquareinch磅/平方英寸 压强单位)
2.7Ensurei__blastpressureisbetween75-115psi.确保干冰清洗压力介于75-115psi
2.8Press__chinestartbuttontoturnblasteron.按“开始”按钮开始工作
2.9Toshutdownequipmentreversestart-uppro__dure.工作结束,关闭程序
3.0OPERATINGPRO__DURE操作程序
3.1Startcleaningwiththenozzleabout450mmawayfromthesu_____.Morecloserasyoudeterminenoda__geisdonetosu_____s.The__ximumremovalrateoccurswhenthenozzleisabout50mmawayfromthesu_____.用喷嘴在高于表面450mm处开始清理如果对于表面没有损伤的时候,可以更靠近些最小距离在离喷嘴约50mm处
3.2Movethenozzleatabriskpa__overthesu_____.Ifyouh__etopausefor3-4secondsonaspotbealertonsoftersubstratesfillerventsasyou__ydoda__ge.将喷嘴移开表面如果你要停留3-4秒,请留意其他较软部位(填料口,通风口),你可能会损伤它们
3.3Ifyouexperien__afreezeupatthehoppernoi__inthenozzleblastyoucandothefollowing:假如你遇到通风口冻结(在喷嘴清理处没有冰)你可按以下做●Repeatedlypullthenozzletriggereachtriggerpullvibratesthehopperon__.反复拉喷射开关(每次开关振动料仓一次)●Runathighi__rate.在高结冰率状态下运行NOTE:Donotuseforeign__terialssticksbarsandwiretopokeinthehopperthroat.注意不能应用其他任何的材料(棍棒,钢筋和线)来清理喷嘴
3.4Duetocarbondioxideexposurea__ximumofonecoreboxblastedperemployeeisrequired.Ifmorethanonecoreboxrequirescleaninginaonehourperiodcleaningmustbeperformedbyseparateemployees.由于高浓度二氧化碳危害性,要求一个员工最多清洗一个芯盒如果在一个小时内多个芯盒要求清理,清洗车间只能由员工轮流单独作业
4.0SAFEHANDLINGDISPOSALPRO__DURE安全处理及处置程序
4.1Follow__terialSafetyDataSheetMSDSwhenhandlingcarbondioxidedryi__toensuresafehandlingofthe__terial.当使用二氧化碳(干冰)时,需依据物料安全数据表(MSDS)以确保安全使用
4.2Whenre__ivingcarbondioxideensurethatthe__trialiscontainedandthereisnoda__getothecontainerthat__ycausedeteriorationoftheproduct.当接收二氧化碳时,要确保干冰装在容器里,并且容器不能有使干冰挥发的破损
4.3Ifthecarbondioxideisdeemeddefectivethe__terialwillbesentbacktothesupplier.如果二氧化碳品质有任何问题,停止使用aWrapplasticbagbackoverthedryi__loosely密封不严bRepla__lid专用的密封盖cSecurelidwithstrapping必须有密封胶垫dWrapedgeoflidwithshrinkwrappingifpossible如果可以,用压力环扣紧封盖eDelivertoShippingDepartmentnotingthattheboxcontainsproductthatisdefectivewitha“DefectiveProduct”tagattached标明“不合格产品”并交付给物流部

5.1用干冰清洗上下模型腔面所有排气塞上面固化的砂子,排气孔里的残砂,以保证排气塞排气顺畅Usingdryi__tocleancopeanddragincludingallsandsintheventssandsinblowtubeto__kesurenopluginvents.
5.2用干冰清洗上下模型面,至模型面无杂物或残砂保证合模完好Usingdryi__tocleancopeanddragsu_____and__kingsurenoforeignsubstan__.And__kingsurecopeanddragclosewell.因考虑到干冰的挥发大,储存时间短,也可用冷芯盒清洗剂替代干冰清洗Fordryi__’shighvolatilityandshotstoragetimeusingcoldcoreboxcleaningagenttoinsteadofdryi__.
6.0冷芯盒清洗频次Coldcoreboxcleaningfrequency
6.1芯盒在生产完毕后,由模具人员每周集中清洗一次,入库待下次生产Afterfinishingcoldcoreboxproductioncleaningon__perweekbypatternshopandpreparingforthenextproduction.
6.2芯盒在生产过程中,现场人员每一小时用冷芯盒清洗剂清洗Duringproductioncleaningcoldcoreboxbycleaningagenton__perhour.。
