一、课程基本情况课程编号学分3学时51开课学期二年级秋季学期管理学课程名称Management《管理学》是教育部制定的管理科学与工程类专业的核心课程之一,又是管理学科体系中的一门重要课程它从一般理论、原理和特征的角度对管理课程定位活动加以研究,从中找出一般规律性,因此也称一般管理学或管理学原理,是我校信息管理与信息系统专业的专业基础课本课程强调传统理论与现代理论相结合,管理原理科学与管理实践艺术相结课程简介合,历史与前沿相结合同时,本课程在教学过程中应做到既系统全面,又突出重点;既强调基本理论和原理,又注重理论联系实际和加强应用能力1)掌握决策、计划、组织、领导、控制等管理过程中的基本概念、基本理论与方法;2)学会并掌握应用管理学的基本理论与方法,分析组织管理中的具体问题,并提出解决方案;3)理解管理过程中各个管理职能的工作内容和工作流程;教学要求4)了解管理思想和管理理论的产生与演变过程;了解管理学领域中的热点问题总之,在本课程的教学过程中,通过课程讲解,使学生认识到组织管理的重要性,同时增强学生的全局意识、团队意识和市场意识;通过案例分析,培养学生理论与实践相结合的能力,增强学生创新性的思维能力,从而提高学生的专业素养和综合素质本课程有以下特色1)教材采用英文影印版,内容安排上分为三大块,一是教材内容中基本概念、基本思想、原则和方法的讲解;二是教材中前沿课题的理解与讨论;三是教学特色案例讨论2)在教*过程中,教学方法上注重启发式教学,同时注意运用课堂提问和课堂讨论,并尽可能多地使用实例和案例教学口数学与自然科学基础课口专业基础课口专业核心课课程类型口专业选修课口实践课教学方式口讲授为主口实验/实践为主口专题讨论为主(单选)口案例教学为主口自学为主口其它(__________为主)授课语言口中文0中文+英文(英文授课比例20%)(单选)口英文口其它外语考核方式口考试口考查口考试+考查(单选)成绩评定平时成绩(平时作业、测验等)30-50%;期末考试50-70%标准教材及教材Stephen P.Robbins.管理学(第11版,英文影印版),清华大学出
