国际人力资源管理International Human Resource Management
一、课程基本情况课程类别专业方向课课程学分2学分课程总学时32学时,其中讲课32学时,实验含上机0学时,课外0学时课程性质选修开课学期第6学期先修课程人力资源管理适用专业国际经济与贸易教材国际人力资源管理,中国人民大学出版社,道林等著,赵曙明、程德俊改编,2010o开课单位经济管理学院人力资源管理系
二、课程性质、教学目标和任务过对国际人力资源管理的学习,使学生掌握人力资源管理专业方面的英语词汇、用英语组织表达人力资源管理理论和实践操作的语句、描述专业英语语句的基本格式和主要的语法,在探讨跨文化人力资源管理实践的基础上,注重分析跨国企业在实行人力资源管理时面临的选择和做出各种选择需要考虑的若干因素,体现了国际人力资源管理领域的整体现状和最新发展通过本课程的学习帮助学生了解国际人力资源管理发展的动态和方向,能有效区别国际人力资源管理与国内人力资源管理在不同实践操作环节的相同之处和不同之处本课程设计的教学任务主要包括培养学生掌握国际人力资源管理的理论和实践领域的基本知识,并会用专业英语表达出来,以便将来的实践运用和理论创新
