出租房屋电子协议格式电子出租房屋协议甲方(出租方)身份证号码:电话地址:乙方(承租方)身份证号码:电话地址:鉴于甲方是合法拥有并有权对以下房屋进行出租的房屋业主;乙方希望享有该房屋的租赁权益,并在此上述双方在确立为合同关系的同时,遵循中华人民共和国相关法律法规,达成如下电子租赁房屋合同第一条房屋基本信息出租房屋基本情况出租方现有一套位于(以下简称〃房屋〃)的住房房屋面积为平米,其中室、厅、卫,位于(以下简称〃该小区〃),房屋状况良好房屋用途该房屋的用途为居住,乙方不得将房屋作商业用途第二条各方权利义务出租方的权利和义务出租方应该保证所租赁的房屋是符合法律法规的,无任何抵押、查封、异议、限制等出租方应该提供相应的相关质量证书和权属证明材料出租方有义务按照合同规定将房屋出租给乙方,保证乙方在租赁期间可以安心居住房屋损坏或其它配套设施的损坏需由出租方承担维修及相关费用,但非人为损坏情况除外乙方在租期内,出租方不得私自进入乙方租赁住房如因enterreasonforentry需提前向乙方说明,经过乙方同意后,出租方方可在相关时间段内进入乙方所租住房屋乙方的权利和义务乙方需准确地填写租赁登记表,如实提供相关资料proofs提前支付相关款项乙方应该遵守当地租房市场的相关政策和法律法规不得从事违反法律法规和市场规定的其他活动,不得将房屋用于其他目的乙方应该对所租住房屋进行维护,保持清洁卫生、防火防盗措施如果乙方发现出租房屋设施和设备存在问题,需及时通知出租方并协调解决,若乙方因未报告出租方对自身和他人造成损失,出租方均不承担责任第三条租赁期限该合同自(租赁开始日期)开始,至(租赁结束日期),共计个月第四条租金、押金乙方应该在租赁开始前/之前向甲方缴纳元的租赁押金,本金元,共计租金元无论本次租赁期限结束与否,如果乙方无欠租金和其它相关费用和款项,在乙方搬离出租房屋时,甲方应当将所缴纳的押金支付给乙方;若乙方经审查存在欠款情况,则甲方有权将该欠款从租赁押金中扣除第五条违约责任任何一方发生违约,均应当承担相应的违规责任如违约方不承担约定的赔偿责任,守约方有权将违约事情拒绝执行,并依据相关法律法规执法第六条补充规定在本协议执行过程中,出现纠纷应经在双方协商无解的情况下,应当向当地有关主管机关解决或提交仲裁管辖委员会进行仲裁英文版ElectronicleaseagreementPartyA:(Lessor)IDCardNo.Telephone:Address:PartyB:LesseeIDCardNo.Telephone:Address:WhereasPartAhastherentalauthorityandownershipofthehousingapartmentslistedbelowforrentalandPartBdesirestohavetheleaseequityofthehousingthetwopartiesestablishingacontractualrelationshipadheretotherelevantlawsandregulationsofPeople/sRepublicofChinaandreachthefollowingelectronicleaseagreement:Basicinformationofhousingapartments.Rentalhousingbasicinformation.PartyAhasnowahousingapartmentinhereinafterreferredtoasHousewithanareaofsquaremetersconsistingofbedroomslivingroomsandbathroomslocatedinhereinafterreferredtoasTheCommunityMingoodcondition.Housingapartmentusage.ThehousingapartmentgetsusedforlivingandPartBisnotallowedtousethehousingapartmentforcommercialpurposes.Rightsandobligationsofbothparties.RightsandobligationsofPartyA.PartyAshouldpromisethattherentalhousingisinlinewiththelawsandregulationsandhasnochargesseizureobjectionrestrictionetc.PartyAshouldoffertherelevantqualificationcertificateandownershipcertificatedocuments.PartyAhastorentthehousingtoPartyBinaccordancewiththecontractandguaranteethatPartyBhasapeacefulresidenceduringtheleaseperiod.ThedamagetothehousingorotherancillaryfacilitiesshouldbemaintainedbythePartyAforrepairandrelatedexpensesexceptfornon-man-madedamage.DuringtheleasingperiodPartyAisnotallowedtoenterthehouseleasedbyPartyBwithoutthepermissionofPartyB.IncaseofenteringduetocertainreasonsPartyAmayenterthehousewithPartyBsagreementafterpriorexplanationtoPartyBbeforetheevent.RightsandobligationsofPartyB.PartyBshouldfillintherentalregistrationformaccuratelytruthfullyproviderelatedmaterialproofspaytherelatedfundinadvance.PartyBshouldobeyrelevantpoliciesandlegalprovisionsinthelocalrentalmarketandisnotallowedtoinvolveinotheractivitiesviolatingthelawsandregulationsandmarketprovisionsnotallowedtousethehousingapartmentfordifferentpurposes.PartyBshouldmaintaintheleaseHousingapartmentwithcleanhygienefirepreventionandantitheftmeasures.IfPartyBfindsanyproblemwiththefacilitiesandequipmentoftherentalhousingPartyBshouldinformPartyAandcoordinatetosolve.IfPartyBfailstoreporttoPartyAthatcauseslossestooneselfandotherpersonsPartyAwillnotbearanyresponsibility.LeasingtermFromthestartingdateofleasingtoleasingenddatethecontractlastsformonths.RentanddepositPartyBshouldpayyuanasrentaldeposittoPartyAbeforeoratthestartofleasingwiththeprincipalbeingyuanmakingthetotalrentaltobeyuan.WhethertheleasetermexpiresornotPartyAshouldpaythedeposittoPartyBwhenPartyBrelocatesfromtherentalhousingifwithoutduerentandrelatedexpensesPartyAhastherighttodeducttheoverduepaymentfromtherentaldeposit.BreachofcontractresponsibilityForanybreachofcontracttheresponsiblepartyshouldbearthecorrespondingpenalty.Ifthebreachingpartyfailstobeartheagreedcompensationpaymentthecontract-abidingpartyhastherighttorefusetoperformthebreachofcontractsituationandenforceitaccordingtorelevantlawsandregulations.SupplementarystipulationsIntheimplementationofthisagreementwhenadisputeoccursitshouldberesolvedorsubmittedtothecompetentauthorityforarbitration.。
