(1)电子邮件要写收信人的地址和信件的主题收信人的电子邮件地址要写在“收信人(To)”框中,主题(Subject)是将电子邮件内容用一个词,几个词或一句话加以概括,好的主题应简明地概括电子邮件的内容,让人一目了然,吸引读电子邮件的人首先阅读
(2)称呼和一般英文书信一样要取决于通信双方的亲热程度
(3)正文和写英文书信相差不多,都要在称呼的下一行,但电子邮件可以顶格写,也可空出3到5个字母另外,最好用问候语来开头邮件正文的内容,这样会让人读起来很亲切常用的问候语有许多种,可以依据需要来选择正文要简洁明白,让人很快地读懂你的想法重要的一点是,同学们必需依据提示内容将电子邮件的要点写全,并留意词语和句式的选用而假如是回复电子邮件,我们要将其中所提的问题一一解答清晰,而不要有所遗漏4在正文的后面可以写上祝愿语或者表达我们的心愿如Imlooking forwardto hearingfromyou./Please writeto mesoon./Best wishesto youand yourparents./Good luckto you./Take goodcareof yourself.5最终的结束语和签名也分两行顶格写这都属于电子邮件的特别之处c.习作的评价与商榷的看法上面的习作符合电子邮件的格式,全文内容通顺流畅对于这样的给材料作文,小一一回答了材料中所提到的问题,写出了自己对于伴侣真诚的建议,并做了适当的发挥不过美中不足的是由于缺少过渡性的词语,文章显得有点乱另外,文中还有几处要值得商榷之处1此句涉及到主谓全都的状况,做主语的是our friends andI,应视为复数,所以am应改为are2此句的词组为borrow sth.from sb.从某人那借某物,所以此处的to应改为fromo3各别句子过长,过于简单,不利于阅读,可适当地变成几个短句子4虽然本电子邮件回答了材料中所提到的问题,但是假如添加几个过渡词会文章会显得更有条理
