1.Preparation下列风量平衡步骤是各种空气系统平衡的基础The followingbalancing proceduresare basicto alltypes ofairsystems.)确认影响空气系统气流的每一项已经为做好准备,如门窗已关1TAB好,顶板(回风静音箱)就位等Confirm thatevery itemaffecting the airflow ofa ductsystem isreadyfor theTAB work,such asdoors andwindows beingclosed,ceiling tilesreturn airplenums inplace,etc.)确认所有的自动控制仪器不会影响到2TAB.Confirm that all automaticcontrol deviceswill notaffect TABoperations.)创造条件,使空调系统在最大负荷情况下运行,确保空调箱有冷凝水产生3Establish theconditions forthe maximumdemand systemairflowwhich generallyisacooling applicationwith wettedcoils.系统启动
2.System StartUp风机检查
2.1Fan check在核查所有风阀已打开或设置好后,电工应启动所有相关系统(回风,排风排烟等),使所有需要平衡的系统相关风机达到设计转速启动风机后,立即检查风机、电动机和风棚区动是否存在故障,及电机电流强度如果电流强度大大超过铭牌上的满载,关闭风机检查存在问题然后仔细重启风机做必要调整After verifyingthatalldampers areopen orset,have thejobelectrician startall related systems return,exhaust,etc.and thesystembeing balancedwith each fan runningatthe design speedrpm.Upon startingeachfan,immediately checkthe fan,motorand fandrive formalfunctions,and themotor amperage.If theamperagegreatly exceedsthe nameplatefull loadamperage,stopthe fanto determinethe problem.Then carefullyrestart the fan tomakethe necessaryadjustment.风阀检查
2.2Damper check快速检查每个没有闭合或断开自动风阀,确认风阀自动控制位置正确如果风阀不规则振荡,气流会受到影响,这是风量平衡中不希望看到的因此,风阀及其控制模块应经过设置使之正确就位所有风阀都应设置为全开冷却状态Quickly goto eachautomatic damperthat hasntbeen blockedordisconnected andconfirm thatthe damperis beingcontrolledautomatically incorrect position.There will be someeffect ontheairflow ifthese dampersare hunting.This isundesirable whiledoingair balancing.Therefore,the dampersor theircontrolsshouldbe set tokeep theminthedesired position.Alldampers shouldbesetforafull flowcooling condition.气流、压力检查
2.3Flow/Pressure check再次确认需要平衡区域涉及到的相关区域中,所有风机运转良好如果有问题,压差、渗透或渗漏可能对系统平衡造成不利影响初步测试可确认每个系统的送风量是否超过排风量此时应该确认正负压力区Again confirmthatallrelatedsystemfans servingeach areawithinthe spacebeing balancedare operating.If theyare not,pressuredifferences,and infiltrationor exfiltrationmay adverselyinfluencethe balancing.Preliminary studieswill haverevealed whetheror notthe supply air quantity exceedsthe exhaustair quantityfrom eacharea.Positive andnegative pressurezones shouldbe identifiedatthis time.基本测试步骤
3.Basic AirTesting Procedure风机测试
3.1Fan Testing将皮托管置于主风管或排风风管以测定处于设计转速的送风机所送风日MoDetermine thevolume ofair beingmoved bythesupplyfan atdesignrpm byusing Pitottube traverseof themain ductor theductsleaving fandischarge.如果在设计转速时风量达不到设计风量的,可检查各系统情况、步骤和±10%记录数据,找出原因检查并记录过滤器、盘管、分离机及消声器等的气压下降,看是否存在过多损耗特别要检查进风口和排风口出风管和外壳状况以达到系统效果If thefan volumeis notwithin plusor minus10percent ofthedesign capacityat designrpm,determinethereason byreviewingall systemconditions,procedures andrecorded data.Check andrecord theairpressure dropacross filters,coils,eliminators,soundtraps,etc.to seeif excessiveloss isoccurring.Particularly studyductand casingconditions atthefaninlet andoutlet forsystemeffect.每当转速发生变化,或主风阀的设置发生改变,要经常复查电流强度Always recheckthe amperagewhenever anyrpm changeor majordampersetting changeis made.基本气流平衡步骤

4.1Balance criteria当符合以下情况时,系统达到平衡The systemwillbeconsidered balancedwhen:)经测量后,每个送风口或回风口的风量值为设计风量时(除非出现1±15%不可控因素)The valueoftheairquantityof eachinlet oroutlet deviceismeasured andfound tobe within±15percent ofthedesignairquantities unlessthere arereasons beyondthe control)最不利环路中的风口阀门应全开2The terminaloutlet inthe circuitwith thegreatest resistanceshallbe fullyopen.风量平律》

6.2Air flowvolume andair changerate测试步骤Test Procedures-使用风量测量风量罩测量每个过滤器或送风扩散器的气流量风量罩需带合适流量计Flow measuringhoods arepreferred fortaking airflow volumemeasurements fromeach filteror supplyair diffuser.The flowhoodwithan appropriateflow meteris required.-将风量罩紧紧置于过滤器框架中以防止漏气Seat theflow measuringhood firmlytothefilter frameto preventairleakage.-风量罩尺寸应足够大以捕获受测过滤器外的所有空气The flowhoodshallbeadequately sizedto captureall theair exitingthefilter beingtested.-测量并用每小时/立方米记录每个过滤器的气流量cmhMeasure andrecordtheairflow volumesof eachfilter incubicmeter perhour cmh.验收Acceptance-洁净室每个过滤器的平均气流量应为±15%The averageairflowvolumeof eachfilter forthecleanroomshouldbe within±15%.。
